California Room Demolition/Reconstruction @ 4300 Goodfellow Blvd.
Demolished an existing vestibule space and immediate exterior concrete pads that was no longer being used. Constructed a new vestibule and poured new concrete sidewalks. All of this work was performed directly around and above elevator equipment that was exposed to the elements and had to stay operational.
